To create a new page go to Pages > Add New.
First set a Title (you can change it later). By default you’ll see the normal WordPress editor where you can write your content. We recommend to switch to the Visual Composer editor by click on the Backend Editor or Frontend Editor button so you can easily make stunning pages.
